Can I return sale or promotional items?
Items purchased at discounted prices are final sale and unfortunately can’t be refunded.
Only full-priced items are eligible for a return.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (like receiving the wrong item or a defect).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
